How to Sell Items
1. Set Up Your Account for Selling
Follow the instructions from the previous section to prepare your account for selling.
2. Go to the "Sell Items" Section
Click on the inventory refresh button to sync your items with your Steam inventory.
3. Select Items to Sell
Find the desired items and click the "Add" button next to each one. You can use the "Group" button if you want to sell many identical items with a few clicks.
4. Set the Selling Price
Click on the "Set Prices" button and choose the desired price for each listing or group of identical items.
You will be offered the following options:
TOP-1 Price – list at the lowest price among all listings on the site.
Instant Sell Price – below market value, but the item will be purchased immediately.
Recommended Price – the average price between TOP-1 and the instant sell price.
Steam Price – matches the best offer on the Steam Market.
5. Review Listed Items
After setting the prices, you can go to the "Trades" section to see all active sales.
6. Activate Sales
Click the "Enable Sales" button – now your items are visible and available for purchase by other users on the site.
What Happens After Your Item Is Purchased?
As soon as someone buys your item, the MarketApp application will automatically create a trade to transfer the item to the buyer.
You will receive a notification with detailed information:
Link to the buyer's Steam profile.
Buyer's Steam profile nickname and level.
Confirm the trade through the Steam mobile application.
ATTENTION! Be Careful When Confirming the Trade:
Ensure you are confirming an outgoing trade (a trade that your account initiates).
If you see the message "User has offered you a trade" in the mobile app, it's an incoming trade initiated by another user.
❗ Incoming trades are scams. You will not receive money if you confirm such a trade. Only proceed with trades that your account creates.
